Grupa casusBTL for years has been known for the organization of the largest medical congresses in Poland and for supporting medical societies and associations during the largest European events for doctors. Thanks to excellent cooperation with the medical environment and the support of founders, it managed to implement a number of nationwide educational programmes for patients, their families, and caretakers.

For years we have been cooperating with the boards of the largest scientific societies in the country – we administer the websites of our clients, prepare newsletters sent to the members of societies and associations. Every time we strive to use various communication channels to inform the potential participants about an event - beginning from traditional mail, printing invitations and posters, through a well-designed website of the event, mobile application, mailing lists and social media channels.

For one of your clients – Polish Cardiac Society – we prepare a “Congress Newspaper” that is published during the event.  On the first two days of the congress the participants can read the most important interviews, summaries, opinions, and commentaries from experts on the latest guidelines, as well as recent news about the congress.


We understand that each conference is more than just a meeting of specialists, sharing scientific insights, but that it also requires raising visibility of the event itself so that it gains appropriate recognition. Hence, careful visual branding of the event is of key importance as it facilitates effective communication with the participants of the meeting.
